Disclosures
Forge Wealth Limited is registered on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSP1011866) and is licensed by the Financial Markets Authority as a Financial Advice Provider. We provide regulated financial advice to retail clients under that licence.
Forge Wealth is fee-based. Our fees are a flat monthly subscription and a percentage fee on assets we advise on. Where a recommendation could benefit associated parties financially, we will disclose this, and if we receive a commission from a product provider, we rebate it against your annual subscription. Our fee schedule is set out on the pricing page, and total costs are disclosed to you before you commit and in your engagement agreement.
Nothing on this website is personalised financial advice. Any examples, personas or figures shown are illustrative and are not a recommendation about your situation.
Conflicts of interest
Where any interest of ours could touch the advice we give you, we will disclose it to you in writing, every time, and manage it under our conflicts of interest policy. Our advisers are paid on a basis that does not reward product sales, and advice is given in your interests first, consistent with our duties under the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services.
Our conflicts of interest policy is provided as part of every engagement, and is available to clients on request at any time.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help draft and prepare material and to make our work faster. Anything that reaches you as advice is reviewed by a person, and content that is materially AI-generated is labelled. AI does not make advice decisions - your adviser does.
We handle your data under the Privacy Act 2020; see our privacy policy for how we collect, use and protect it.
