About Forge

Who we are.

Forge Wealth is a licensed, fee-based advisory firm, built for a small number of higher-touch relationships.

Why Forge

Good advice too often arrives once: a thick report, a product recommendation, then silence until something goes wrong.

Forge exists to change that. Your plan is the relationship - reviewed at every session, re-run when life changes, and open for you to read any day you like - so the question "am I on track?" always has a current answer.

How we work

Every client has a dedicated adviser, and every adviser keeps a small client list by design - room enough to know your situation properly. We work online or in person, wherever you are in New Zealand, and the plan is run with you, not written once and filed.

Our licence

Forge Wealth Limited is licensed by the Financial Markets Authority as a Financial Advice Provider and registered on the FSPR (FSP1011866).

We're a member of Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL), a Financial Ombudsman Service and independent dispute-resolution scheme. If we can't resolve a complaint, FSCL can help at no cost to you.

Originally from Wellington, he has spent his career in technology and product management - advising domestic and offshore clients across NZ, Australia and North America, including Canva, Xero, Atlassian, Culture Amp and Bank of New Zealand.

The philosophy
FeesForge is fee-based. We sell advice and a system, never products for a commission.
CommissionsWhere a recommendation could benefit associated parties financially, we will disclose this, and if we receive a commission from a product provider, we rebate it against your annual subscription.
ConflictsWhere any interest of ours could touch the advice, it is disclosed to you in writing, every time, and managed under our conflicts of interest policy.
The recordEvery session ends in a written follow-up, kept as a formal advice record - every document lands on file where you can find it.
